Flourish Education are recruiting for a Key Stage One Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Alcester area. This is a full-time position starting in November for the rest of the academic year.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience as a Primary Teacher, ideally KS1.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS1 and KS2.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 in line with the National Curriculum.
• Take full responsibility for your class, including behaviour management and pastoral care.
• Monitor pupil progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to school reports and classroom documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
