Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience and lead brand reps and stock associates on the sales floor. You will drive store performance through customer experience and daily sales targets.

The role requires open/close routines, POS operation, and Omni-channel order fulfillment, with a focus on fashion knowledge and energetic leadership. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
