Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead in Kensington to ensure excellent in-store experiences. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales through leadership on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, OMNI channel fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays while protecting store assets. Availability includes Saturdays/Sundays and peak periods may require more hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year or more preferred.
• No supervisory/managerial experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Open and close store operations and operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and uphold brand standards on the floor.
