Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on-floor operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates in delivering a quality in-store experience. You will support daily sales through customer engagement, product knowledge, and visual merchandising on the shop floor.

The role requires a minimum of 16 hours per week with weekend availability and peak-time hours as needed. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred (1 year).
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and fashion awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
