Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Manchester is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance through exceptional customer experience and daily sales goals.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operations, fulfilling Omni-channel orders, maintaining visual displays, analyzing reports, and protecting store assets. Requires at least 16 hours per week and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/managerial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
