Job description

What we achieve together
  • Visit and build relationships with new and current heating installers, contractors, housing associations, local authorities, regional developers, and frameworks. Sell Vaillant specification products within a designated postcode area.
  • Continuously grow and maintain Vaillant specifications within these sectors.
  • Increase Vaillant market share within designated postcodes and raise brand awareness among the specification market, managing a robust project pipeline and postcode mapping.
  • Work towards and exceed sales and KPI targets set by the regional director.
  • Utilize data-driven processes to identify and target new strategic business opportunities across market sectors.
  • Analyze data provided in BI reports and act accordingly.
  • Develop a business plan and area strategy to achieve incremental sales and growth.

  • Previous sales experience directly to installers and clients is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a passion to succeed, demonstrating enthusiasm and engagement in all sales and team activities.
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence and reside in one of the following postcode areas: HA, KT, NW, SL, TW, UB, W, WC, WD.
  • A flexible approach to work is necessary, including participation in events, some of which may require evening attendance and overnight stays.
