A leading health technology company is looking for a Key Account Manager for the South East district. This role involves developing strategic account plans and fostering relationships with senior stakeholders in the NHS. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, lead sales initiatives, and mentor junior account managers. A track record in medical devices and a relevant degree are essential. The Key Account Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic account plans for high-value clients within the NHS, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term growth. The role fosters deep relationships with senior stakeholders and implements complex sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role monitors key performance indicators, ensures the completion of contracts with key accounts, and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. The role serves as the primary escalation point for key accounts and works under limited supervision.
This is a field based role and you should be flexible to travel to customer sites in the South East area of England as required.
