Job summary

Kiota Recruitment is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop strategic client relationships and drive growth for a multidisciplinary design and engineering consultancy. Location options Ely, Cambridgeshire or Chichester, West Sussex – Hybrid.

Salary £60,000 to £70,000 + Bonus, Permanent, Full-time. You will manage key accounts across Building Services, Construction and related sectors, identify opportunities and lead proposals and tenders with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in KAM or sales with strategic accounts.
Background selling technical products, engineering solutions or professional services.
Experience in Building Services, Construction or related sectors.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow key client accounts, engaging senior stakeholders.
Identify new projects and opportunities within existing portfolios.
Develop account strategies focused on revenue growth and retention.
Introduce additional services across architecture, M&E, engineering and project management.
Prepare proposals, tenders and commercial solutions with the teams.
Leverage networks to uncover new business opportunities.
Maintain regular engagement through meetings and site reviews.
Monitor account performance and sales pipelines.
