BE DC Connect UK Ltd is seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our Enfield Data Centre. You will work on shift rotas five days out of seven, including night and weekend shifts, and support customers with basic networking issues.

The role offers a salary of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum and is a 1-year fixed term contract with possibility of extension. Strong communication and a willingness to learn are essential, along with good spoken and written English.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are essential.
• Basic knowledge of Internet and TCP/IP networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues quickly with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing BE's ticketing system and support requests.

Responsibilities

• Work on shift rotas five days out of seven, including night and weekend shifts.
• Based at Enfield Data Centre; occasional visits to other Data Centres may be required.
• Monitor and respond to support requests through BE's ticketing system.
