Job summary

Morgan McKinley (Guildford) is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join a growing engineering company in Hook. No previous technical experience is required, as full training is provided and career progression is clear. You’ll deliver remote technical support to customers and field engineers, solving problems with advanced monitoring tools.

Shifts rotate across 7am–5:30pm, 10:30am–9pm and 8:30pm–7:30am, four days on and four days off, with a starting salary of £27k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• No previous technical experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• College leavers and graduates encouraged to apply.
