You will be based at our Bournemouth Data Centre, with potential visits to other locations. A strong interest in learning technology and basic TCP/IP networking will help you succeed in this busy, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills don’t just mean talking; you’ll need clear written and verbal exchanges with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and how the Internet works.
• Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues quickly and with minimal supervision.
• Experience using a ticketing system to manage support requests and access requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day technical support tasks and inquiries.
• Participate in night and weekend shift rotas from the Bournemouth Data Centre location.
• Coordinate with teammates to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
