BE DC Connect UK Ltd is seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer for our Enfield Data Centre. This role operates on a shift basis, five days out of seven, including night and weekend shifts as required.

You will assist with basic networking issues, TCP/IP related tasks, and manage BE's ticketing system. Strong communication in English is essential for day-to-day operations and incident handling.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies.
• Basic knowledge of the Internet, its structure and basic networking, which includes TCP/IP networking protocol and applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues quickly and effectively with minimum supervision.
• Manage and monitor BE's ticketing system including support requests, access requests, etc.

Responsabilités

• Shift pattern: five days out of seven, primarily night and weekend shifts.
• Based at Enfield Data Centre, North London, with possible visits to other Data Centre locations.
• Handle support tasks and incident tickets as part of BE DC Connect UK Ltd.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and maintain service levels.
