BE DC Connect UK Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our data centre operations. The role operates on a 5-days-out-of-7 night/weekend shift pattern and is based on a 1-year fixed-term contract with possible extension.

You will provide first-line technical support, monitor ticketing requests, and communicate clearly with clients in English. Impeccable teamwork and quick learning are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Good communication and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Basics of Internet, networking, and TCP/IP.
• Troubleshoot simple technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience using a ticketing system and handling support requests.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st line technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor BE's ticketing system and requests.
• Work night/weekend shifts from Bournemouth.
