Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role |

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading and inspiring your team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting team development and maintaining high standards
  • Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
  • Has knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
