Junior Sous Chef | Full-time

The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, with expertise in food quality and standards, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

Requirements:

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Willing to manage the line and plan shifts to ensure proper coverage, coaching the team on the go
• Understanding of food, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Ability to celebrate success and recognize individual needs
