Job summary

Le Pont de la Tour in London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure culinary excellence. You will supervise cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety, while supporting chefs across stations and maintaining high standards during service.

In the absence of the Head Chef, you will oversee operations and help manage inventory, costs, and cleanliness. The role offers growth within The Evolv Collection and exposure to iconic riverside dining.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coach kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team to culinary excellence and supervise staff on cooking techniques and safety.
• Command the pass during busy service and support chefs on various kitchen sections to ensure timely service.
• Oversee kitchen operations in Head Chef's absence to maintain quality and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize cost control with ADACO-assisted stock ordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in line with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to address customer feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience.
