Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team. You will supervise the kitchen brigade, organise workload, and delegate tasks to junior staff, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations.

You will lead by example to maintain Rosette Standard food quality. You will be proactive in developing yourself and the team, promoting positive behaviour and teamwork in a busy, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
• Passion for ethically sourced produce and high-quality plating
• Ability to lead a section and manage prep for service

Responsibilities

• Supervise the kitchen and organise workload
• Delegate tasks to junior kitchen staff
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations
• Lead the kitchen in the Sous Chef's absence
