Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to support the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting rosette-standard dishes. You will learn from experienced chefs, develop your skills across the kitchen, and contribute to maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

You’ll join a professional kitchen culture that values growth, teamwork, and commitment, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience and take on more responsibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment.
• A genuine passion for food and ethically sourced produce, with pride in every dish you help deliver.
• Good organisation and timekeeping skills, with the ability to support the preparation of your section ready for service.
• A willingness to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility as your experience grows.
• The ability to work well under pressure and be a positive, reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie with the preparation, cooking and presentation of rosette-standard food.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen brigade and your section.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards and assist with service.
