Eden Hotel Collection is seeking a Chef De Partie to lead a section, prepare, cook and present high-quality rosette standard dishes alongside the Head Chef. You will drive consistency, train juniors, and contribute to menu development in a supportive, team-focused kitchen.

You'll work with ethically sourced produce, uphold standards, and inspire the brigade to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a professional food environment.
• Passion for ethically sourced produce and delivering quality plates.
• Ability to lead a section and manage prep, timing and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a section, preparing, cooking and presenting rosette-standard dishes.
• Mentor Commis Chefs and Apprentices in the brigade.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to develop dishes and maintain standards.
