Job summary

Bistro Sable in Canonbury, London, is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join Noble Inns' latest concept. You will support daily kitchen operations, train junior staff, and help drive consistency in quality across menus.

The role requires at least 2 years' experience, strong health and safety knowledge, and a collaborative team ethos. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop new dishes and contribute to achieving GP targets, while enjoying staff discounts and cycle-to-work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a professional kitchen at sous chef level.
• Confident to manage kitchen sections and teams.
• Clear understanding of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in daily service and station management.
• Train CDPs and guide junior staff to maintain quality.
• Collaborate on new dishes and initiatives to drive sales and GP targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety across the kitchen.
