Cosy Club Liverpool is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will cook from fresh in high volumes, lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence, and work with a team across FOH & BOH.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes.
• Be very organised and ideally have a mixed branded and independent background.
• Must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence.
• Able to communicate with all team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
