Job summary

Cosy Club Liverpool is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will cook from fresh in high volumes, lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence, and work with a team across FOH & BOH.

• Able to communicate with all team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.

• Hourly rate of up to £13.50 per hour depending on experience
• Estimated tronc of £4.00 - £5.50 per hour
