A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sous Chef in a stunning new opening inThame.With the goals of becoming a destination establishment, they require a strong addition to their team.

This gastropub has big plans for the future. They boast a menu created with all fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Their ethos is no-nonsense, with the aim to produce mouth-watering dishes that encourage their guests to return.

The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have experience within a similar role and a love for cooking food to a high standard. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef day to day but you should also be confident in their absence. You should demonstrate your skill-set whilst inspiring your junior chefs and encouraging them to progress. You should also have your own career in mind as there will be opportunities for progression.

The successful Junior Sous Chef will receive a handsome salary of £25,000 plus tips. This is a brilliant chance to really show off your craft and make a name for yourself.
