The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have experience within a similar role and a love for cooking food to a high standard. You will support the Head Chef day to day but you should also be confident in their absence. You should demonstrate your skill-set whilst inspiring your junior chefs and encouraging them to progress. You should also have your own career in mind as there will be opportunities for progression.
