A leading four-star town house hotel in Greater London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to manage various kitchen operations. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in busy kitchens, supporting senior chefs, and overseeing a team of 8. Benefits include uniform, company discounts, and accommodation.
A Junior Sous Chef position is available at a four star town house hotel which is a busy dining venue serving seasonally changing fresh, modern British dishes and grill specialities in the restaurant . The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and afternoon teas. As a result this Junior Sous Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Senior Chefs with the day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the team of 8 chefs in the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunityto join a successful and growing hotel company.
Requirements:
CVs will be considered from experienced snr chef de Parties or Junior Sous Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years. A Chef who has the drive and ability to work well under pressure and is a good all rounder.
