What’s involved?

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work under the Sous and Head Chefs to become a central figure in the kitchen management team.

As Junior Sous, you will lead service and mentor the junior chefs to ensure that their standards stay high and deliver the level expected. You will also assume responsibilities for stock checks and will learn about the ordering systems, as well as the back-office management needed to progress in your career.
