Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is assisting a busy development kitchen in the Bicester area to appoint a Junior Sous Chef. The role supports the Head Chef in creating fresh meals and menus for executive clients in a fast-paced seven-day operation.

You will work five days on a rota, bring strong kitchen discipline, good communication, and a mature approach. Salary to £38k with uniform, meals, 28 days holiday, parking, staff discounts and career development.

Qualifications

• You will already be a Junior or Sous Chef.
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
• Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen.
• Good attention to detail.

Excellent Junior Sous Chef Opportunity with busy Development Kitchen

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Bicester area for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their high end production kitchen as a product development chef. You assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals and menus for executive clients. The kitchen operates on a seven day basis and you will work 5 days a week on a rota basis You will have experiene in a fast paced environment, be passionate about food and ingredients and be well organised with good communication skills.
