Job summary

Jubilee Talent in Cirencester is seeking a hands-on Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. You'll contribute to service, standards and team development in a fresh, quality-led kitchen.

The Role

You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, playing a key role in service, standards, and team support. This is a hands‑on position suited to a chef with strong fundamentals and the ambition to grow.

Working hours are friendly by hospitality standards, with the kitchen team typically finished by9pm.
