Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment and our client, a luxury country hotel in Buckinghamshire, seek a Junior Sous Chef. You will prepare meals for the restaurant and weddings, run service in the Head Chef's absence, and lead a busy kitchen team with a focus on fresh produce and high standards.

You will work five straight shifts per week with overtime potential, meals and uniform provided, and a live-in option if relocating. A pathway for progression exists within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh produce preparation to high standard

• Strong health & safety and hygiene awareness

Junior Sous Chef - Luxury Country Hotel - Buckinghamshire

Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in the Milton Keynes area who are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef. You will be working with all fresh produce ro prepare a la carte restaurant meals as well as weddings and functions. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and mange service and encourage junior chefs in the Executive Chef's absence. The role offers 5 straight shifts per week plus overtime.
