Job summary

Daventry, Northamptonshire is hosting a Junior Sous Chef role in a busy hotel resort with multiple outlets, events, weddings and conferences, plus a quality restaurant. Live-in accommodation is available.

You will support the Head Chef across a varied operation, running your own section during prep and service, and contributing to high-standard banqueting and restaurant service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie ready to step up or an existing Junior Sous Chef
• Fresh food experience within a busy hotel or events operation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

What you'll be doing

As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef across a varied operation, preparing everything from restaurant dining to weddings, conferences, and banqueting.
