Qualifications

• Sous Chef with experience in busy hotel kitchens.
• Experience working with fresh produce to high standards.

Our client is a luxury Hotel who are recruiting a Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel restaurant. You will be working with all fresh ingredients to produce food for the restaurant, bar, meetings & events and celebrations/functions. This is an excellent career opportunity to work in a high end venue. The Head Chef is looking for a strong team player who can help and encourage junior chefs. The role is 45 hours per week.
