Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a talented Sous Chef for a luxury hotel restaurant. You will work with fresh seasonal ingredients to prepare meals for the restaurant, celebrations and room service in a high-end venue.

You will lead kitchen service in the Head Chef's absence, manage the brigade with a strong focus on health and hygiene, and enjoy clear opportunities for career development. Live-in accommodation is available for those relocating; salary up to £40k plus service.

Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - Excellent Career Opportunity

Our client is a luxury Hotel who are recruiting a Sous Chef to work in their hotel restaurant. You will be working with all fresh seasonal ingredients to produce food for the restaurant and celebrations/functions. You will help prepare meals for the restaurant, afternoon teas and room service. This is an excellent career opportunity to work in a high end venue. The Head Chef is looking for a strong team player who can help and encourage junior chefs. The role is 45 hours per week.
