About you

As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.

Day-to-day, you will:

Sales Revenue Growth

  • Prospecting and qualifying potential prospects, both outbound and inbound
  • Achieve personal KPIs and targets, and as part of the wider sales team
  • Generate new revenue within existing customer base from group expansions and referrals
  • Review your own sales performance, and make accurate target commits for your monthly sales
  • Assist Head of Sales and Sales Team Leads with the delivery of the sales strategy
  • Awareness of emerging markets and market shifts while being fully informed of new products and competition status and pricing

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with team members to develop a mutual relationship of trust and respect to maintain an empowered team
  • Share ideas and propose solutions to improve productivity, efficiency and to drive incremental revenue
  • Assist Head of Sales and Sales Team Managers with personal and team ongoing training as required
  • Consistently work both independently and as part of the team towards the Company’s vision and goals

Reporting and Compliance

  • Ensuring all administration is completed effectively
  • Adhere to departmental SOPs
  • Proficient use of CRM / Microsoft / Sales Software tools
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in a SaaS Sales role
  • Operations experience at a manager level in the hospitality industry, preferably in the F&B sector, is desirable
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
