Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder in Southampton is seeking a Junior Property Lettings Negotiator to support the lettings process and grow the portfolio while delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on tenant qualification, viewings, and tenancy negotiations within a family-run business.

You will build landlord and tenant relationships, handle enquiries, and ensure compliance with current lettings legislation.

Junior Property Lettings Negotiator | Southampton | Full Time | £26,500-£28,000 per annum

Our client is a family-run property business based in Southampton, founded in 2006, with roots through their parent group dating back to 1983.

They manage a diverse portfolio across Southern Hampshire — from studio apartments to three-bedroom houses — and welcome tenants from all backgrounds, including those on Universal Credit and housing benefits.

They are a growing business looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Property Lettings Negotiator to join their successful lettings team.

The Role

As a Junior Property Lettings Negotiator, you will support the lettings process, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and help grow the lettings portfolio while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and clients
• Generate new business opportunities and assist in growing the lettings portfolio
• Manage property enquiries via telephone, email and in person

Requirements

Essential

Desirable

• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, sales or customer service
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Good knowledge of the local property market
