Job summary

Connells Group in Southbourne is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our residential lettings team. You will deliver excellent customer service, conduct property viewings, and help landlords and tenants navigate the lettings journey.

The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, a fast-paced environment, and clear opportunities for progression within Connells Group. You should have strong communication skills, be organised, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
