Worth Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator for a busy residential lettings operation in Southampton. The role requires an organised, energetic individual with lettings experience, strong sales ability and professional customer service.

You will register applicants, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and maintain relationships with landlords and applicants. The successful candidate will work in a professional environment with strong earning potential, development opportunities

Qualifications

Job description

An experienced Lettings Negotiator is required for a busy residential lettings operation in Southampton. This role would suit an organised, energetic individual with previous lettings experience, strong sales ability and a professional approach to customer service.

Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Location: Southampton, SO15

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

You will play a key role in generating new business, registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties.

The position involves arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants while working towards targets and delivering consistently high levels of service.

• Maintaining regular communication with landlords, applicants and other property professionals
• Working towards individual and team targets while delivering excellent customer service

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Proven sales ability and a target-focused approach
• Thorough knowledge of the residential lettings process
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of the Southampton area would be beneficial
• Full UK driving licence essential
