Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Lettings Negotiator to join a growing residential property team in Southend/Essex. This hands-on role covers the lettings process from enquiry to move-in, with a focus on maximising rental income and securing quality tenants.

• Manage the end-to-end lettings process for allocated properties
• Market properties across relevant portals and digital/social media channels
• Respond to enquiries, qualify applicants and manage follow-ups
• Conduct property viewings and provide a professional customer experience
• Negotiate offers and recommend suitable tenants
• Monitor market activity and make recommendations around pricing and marketing
• Maintain accurate applicant and property records
• Support check-ins, check-outs and wider property management activities
• Build strong relationships with applicants, tenants and external partners
• Manage your own diary and workload

Lettings Negotiator

Location: Southend / Essex

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm

Salary: £30,000 basic + commission + annual bonus

We are looking for a commercially minded Lettings Negotiator to join a growing residential property team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, with a strong focus on maximising rental income, minimising void periods and securing high-quality tenants.

• Manage the end-to-end lettings process for allocated properties
• Market properties across relevant portals and digital/social media channels
• Respond to enquiries, qualify applicants and manage follow-ups
