A global diamond company in Maidenhead is seeking a Junior Procurement Officer to manage procurement activities and ensure timely acquisition of goods and services. This role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience and A-Levels or equivalent qualification. The candidate will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to support operational excellence. The Junior Procurement Officer is responsible for executing and supporting the procurement lifecycle across the inbound supply chain. This includes sourcing, purchasing, expediting, and supplier management to ensure timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services. The role supports operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in line with De Beers Group values and performance standards.
Experience in managing inbound and outbound shipping operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Skilled in coordinating with logistics forwarders and maintaining accurate records and supporting the IPR (Inward Processing Relief) and CDS (Customs Declaration Service) reporting in alignment with HMRC requirements.
Provide cover and support for the Sales Support function.
