Surya Hotels are recruiting for a JuniorOperationsManager/ Restaurant Manager/ Duty Manager

To be successful as our Junior Operations Manager/ Restaurant Manager/ Duty Manager you need:

• Management Experience in a 3/4 * 30+ bedroom hotel preferred- 2 years Team Leading experience minimum OR
• Phenomenal experience leading Restaurant teams- delighting and enhancing guest experience
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, and be responsible for decision making in absence of F&B Manager and General Manager
• Understanding of stocks and rotations
• Demonstrable experience of resolving restaurant guest queries
• Experience leading functions and events- with guest, FOH and kitchen liaison

The ideal Junior Operations/ Restaurant/ Duty Manager:

· Ideally has similar experience within a role with responsibility for team and guest

· Strong Hospitality Background, preferably F&B driven experience gained in hotels or high volume restaurants with personality, with proven levels of success

· Excellent team leadership skills

· Flexible in approach and a ‘Can do, will achieve’ attitude
