Job summary

McCormick & Company in the UK is seeking a Junior Partnership Manager to help shape licensing programs across EMEA, with emphasis on the UK and France. You will support growth of brand partnerships and manage licensing opportunities from concept through launch.

You will work closely with the Licensing Lead on market insights, performance tracking, royalty and sales reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Research licensing opportunities across EMEA through quarterly market and partner analysis.
• Support development of licensing opportunities aligning brand positioning with category strategy.
• Assist licensee management across EMEA, focusing on UK and France.
• Coordinate licensing across brands including Frank's RedHot, Cholula, Schwartz, Ducros and Vahiné.
• Support annual strategic planning, opportunity assessment and performance reviews.
• Maintain licensing asset libraries and project documentation.
• Manage licensing database updates, including royalty and sales data.
• Prepare regular commercial performance updates with risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional licensing projects from concept to launch.
• Support internal approvals and milestone delivery.
• Create targeted presentations and materials for partners and retailers.
• Act as brand guardian for licensed categories.
