McCormick & Company, Inc. is seeking a Junior Licensing Manager to help grow brand partnerships and licensing programmes across EMEA, with a particular focus on the UK and France.

You will support market insight, royalty and sales reporting, and cross-functional project coordination from concept through launch. You will work closely with the Licensing Lead to drive opportunities, maintain asset libraries, and deliver timely commercial updates across Frank’s RedHot, Cholula, Schwartz, Ducros and

• Conduct quarterly market, category, competitor and partner research to identify licensing opportunities across EMEA.
• Support licensing opportunities that extend McCormick’s brands into new categories while aligning with strategy.
• Support licensee and partner management across EMEA, focusing on UK and France.
• Work across brands such as Frank’s RedHot, Cholula, Schwartz, Ducros and Vahiné.
• Assist with annual strategic planning, opportunity assessment and performance reviews.
• Own and maintain licensing asset libraries and related documentation.
• Manage licensing database updates including royalty reports and sales data.
• Prepare regular commercial performance updates highlighting sales and royalties.
• Coordinate cross-functional licensing projects from concept to launch.
• Support internal approvals and milestone delivery.
• Create targeted presentations and materials to pitch licensing programmes.
