Job summary

McCormick is seeking a Junior Licensing Manager to shape licensing opportunities for iconic brands across EMEA, with a strong focus on the UK and France. You will support market insight, partner support, royalty and sales reporting, and cross-functional project coordination from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities include researching licensing opportunities, managing licensee relationships, and ensuring brand guardianship across licensed categories.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, category, competitor and partner research to identify licensing opportunities across EMEA.
• Support development of licensing opportunities expanding brand scope into new categories and channels.
• Manage day-to-day licensee and partner relationships across EMEA, focusing on UK and France.
• Work across brands including Frank’s RedHot, Cholula, Schwartz, Ducros and Vahiné.
• Assist with strategic planning, opportunity assessment and performance reviews.
• Maintain licensing asset libraries and ensure accurate records and visuals.
• Coordinate licensing projects from concept to launch with timelines and stakeholders.
• Support approvals and milestone delivery for licensing initiatives.
• Create presentations and materials to pitch licensing programmes to partners and retailers.
