Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in FMCG or related environment.
• Understanding of pre-printed packaging process beneficial.
• Ability to drive actions through cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates pre-printed artwork approval process.
• Obtains translations from external agency as required.
• Creates artwork accurately and timely.
• Maintains electronic database of approved artwork.
• Approves pack copy documents and labels for in-house artwork.
• Ensures pre-printed artwork process understood across functions.
• Project manages BAU commercialisation projects with cross-function support.
• Communicates priorities clearly to drive action.
• Leads meetings to ensure projects progress and issues resolved.
• Maintains project data in databases and reports.
• Keeps stakeholders informed and escalates issues when needed.
