Responsibilities

• Provide advanced 1st and basic 2nd line support to all users.
• Log all calls on the IT service desk system.
• Assist IT technicians with documentation and user guides.
• Install and configure PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.

Skills

Knowledge of Office

Experience of working in an IT support environment

Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Good level of education (NVQ/GCSE in a computer related subject)

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to use a wide variety of IT systems

Ability to learn and adapt quickly

ECDL

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
