Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 desirable.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Configure and deploy computers, printers and user accounts.
• Assist with software updates and asset maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and document resolutions.
