Qualifications

• IT support experience with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge supporting an organisation-wide environment.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant IT discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and pupils on site.
• Troubleshoot and repair ICT / audio-visual equipment where possible.
• Install hardware and manage software on workstations.
• Support security updates, communicate critical updates, and manage licences.
• Maintain inventories and ensure equipment is security tagged/marked.
