Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer IT enquiries by telephone, email and support tickets.
• Diagnosing and resolving common hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Providing remote support to business users.
• Escalating more complex problems to experienced engineers.
• Keeping customers updated and maintaining accurate support records.
• Developing your technical knowledge through practical experience.
