Job summary

Primary Goal Ltd. is recruiting an enthusiastic Junior IT Service Desk Apprentice in Chester to gain hands-on IT support experience within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will learn through mentorship and training, handling customer queries, diagnosing basic issues, and assisting with data uploads, Excel formatting, and SSO integrations while progressing along an apprenticeship pathway.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; learning opportunity.
• Familiarity with Excel is a bonus.
• Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a SaaS environment.
• GCSE/Functional Skills qualifications in English/Maths are required or bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with IT support queries via email, chat, and phone.
• Learn to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Help with data uploads and formatting information in Excel.
• Support setup of SSO and other integrations.
• Document common issues and update the knowledge base.
