Hawk Hiring LTD in Lindfield is recruiting a Junior MOT & Servicing Mechanic with at least 6 months hands-on garage experience to perform routine servicing, brake repairs, and assist our lead MOT Testers with maintenance work in a modern workshop. This role offers a 4-day working week with Fridays off, a £35,000 basic salary, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

A full UK driving licence is required, with a funded pathway to become a certified DVSA MOT Tester.

Pay & Benefits

• Basic Salary: £35,000 basic per annum


• Hours & Shift Pattern: 4-Day Working Week (38 hours total) | Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM — EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY OFF

Role Overview

• Base: Lindfield / Haywards Heath area (Free secure on-site parking)
