Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in Haywards Heath to join a busy, modern workshop. You will perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring high standards and safety.

Full UK driving licence and own hand tools are required; MOT training and licensing will be funded for the right candidate. The role offers a structured environment, regular hours, and opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or time-served) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Strong skills in general servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
• MOT Smart Card is a plus, but full training and licensing will be funded for the right candidate.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:30 (NO WEEKENDS | 30-min lunch + two 15-min tea breaks daily)

• Training: Full support & funding to complete your MOT Tester Licence
